The LiuGong 6114E single drum vibratory roller is a 14-ton class compactor built for road construction and maintenance. Powered by a Shangchai SC4H140.2G2 turbocharged diesel engine rated at 103 kW (138 hp / 140 ps) @ 2,000 rpm, it delivers a centrifugal force range of 280 / 170 kN with a nominal amplitude range of 2.0 / 1.2 mm and a vibration frequency of 30 Hz.
The 2,130 mm wide drum and 329 N/cm static linear front drum load provide efficient compaction coverage, while the articulated hydraulic steering with a ± 35° steering angle and a minimum outside turning radius of 6,500 mm keeps the machine maneuverable on confined job sites. A mechanical transmission with three forward speed ranges of 2.7 km/h, 5.2 km/h and 11 km/h supports both compaction passes and travel.
Serviceability is supported by a 200 L fuel tank, a 110 L hydraulic oil tank and a 32 L cooling system. The machine rides on 17.5-25-12PR tires at 300-330 kPa. A padfoot drum segment kit (PDH) is available as optional equipment.
